At Gurdman 3D Crystal, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. To provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, we offer the following terms and conditions for free returns:

1. Free Return within 14 Days:

You are eligible for a free return of the product within 14 days of your purchase.

To qualify for a free return, please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all the original packaging and documentation.

2. Return Procedure:

Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization code and instructions on how to package and label the product for return.

3. Packaging and Shipping:

As part of the return process, you will be responsible for packaging the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.

You must ensure that the product is shipped to our business location, using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking information.

Please label the return package with the provided return authorization code for efficient processing.

4. Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.

If the product meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary.

Our Guarantee encompasses the following assurances:

Engraving Discrepancies: In the event that your finalized product does not align with the 3D Preview you approved.
Custom Text Inconsistencies: If the engraved text varies from what was approved in your 3D Preview.
Product Damage: If in case your product incurs damage during transit.
Missing Items: In cases where your package is lost in transit.

We are committed to addressing and resolving these issues to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

5. Exceptions:

Some products may be excluded from our free return policy, and those such exceptions are mentioned below.

Unfortunately, there are circumstances that may not fall under our coverage:

Unfollowed Guidelines: Instances where a quality issue arises due to your image or personalization not adhering to our recommended guidelines.
Post-Delivery Damage: Situations where something happens to your product after it’s delivered or if damage is not reported within the required time frame.

Regrettably, we are unable to extend our coverage to these specific situations as outlined above.

Kindly observe and honor our cancellation/photo change policy, which is as follows:

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation request is made within the initial 10 minutes of placing your order, a full 100% refund will be issued.

After 10 minutes, once our artist has been assigned the project, a cancellation will incur a refund less a $25 processing fee.

If the crystal has been produced but not yet shipped, a cancellation will result in a 50% refund.

Photo Change Policy:

Should you wish to change your photo, re-assigning the project with a new image will incur a $25 fee, provided the crystal has not been laser-etched yet.

Please note, that due to the personalized nature of our product, once the item has been shipped, it is non-refundable.

We kindly request your understanding that our costs are incurred as soon as work begins on your project. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the above cancellation/photo change/refund policy.
